FAQ

At Lightsaber Creations, I've done my best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies my customers' needs. With that goal in mind, I've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If you do not find an answer to your question here, contact me at moc.liamg@snoitaercrebasthgil.

-CUSTOMER SERVICE-
Question - I ordered a lightsaber, you made it and delivered it, but now I wish I would have asked for another option/part/service. Can you add parts to a lightsaber you have already finished?
Answer - Yes, I can. There is a $15 dissasembly fee, and of course you have to pay for the extra parts that you ordered. This does take a while, so expect it to be 2-3 weeks.

-SALES-
Question - I would like to order a bunch (10+) of lightsabers for a fanfilm/home movie/big lightsaber fight. Can you make that many, and how long will it take?
Answer - Yes I can make that many. There is even a discount for any number of full sized lightsabers over 10. As for how long, for a big order (10+), plan on it taking about 4-5 days per lightsaber. This also depends on how many lightsaber orders I am currently working on.

-SUPPORT-
Question - I broke my lightsaber. Can you fix it?
Answer - Yes. I charge a $15 initial fee for any repair, and then parts and any labor are extra.

-BILLING-
Question - I ordered a lightsaber, and you say it is ready. How do I pay you?
Answer - You can pay me by either meeting me in person (my perferred method) or by sending a Paypal payment to moc.liamg@snoitaercrebasthgil. I will ship the lightsaber as soon as I have recieved payment.  

Question - I ordered a lightsaber, but now I have decided that I do not want it.What happens now?
Answer - As of September 10th, 2007, I require a down payment that is 50% of the cost of the lightsaber. This down payment is non-refundable, so if you later decide that you do not want the lightsaber, you will not be refunded your down payment. If, however, you want the lightsaber, have made the down payment, but are having trouble coming up with the rest of the money, I will store the lightsaber for up to one month, after which time period you can either deposit a 10% holding fee, or the lightsaber will sold to anyone who would like to buy it. 

-CUSTOM MADE-
Question - I like your lightsabers, but I had an idea of my own. If I tell/show you what I want, can you make it?
Answer - Yes I can. I cannot garrentee that the finished product will be exactly what you were thinking of, but it will be very close. There is a $10-$25 fee for custom work.

-PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC-
Question - I want a different color lightsaber, purple maybe, or orange. Can you do that?
Answer - Yes, however there is a $15 fee, and any parts that I have to special order are also extra. If any experimentation is required to obtain the specific color, there will be additional fees.

-MISCELLANEOUS-
Question - I have seensomething you do not sell. It is a lightweapon that I saw online/in a book/in a movie. Can you make me one?
Answer - Sure, but a completely custom lightweapon can cost $50-$100 more then one that is stock.
